Construction supervision for the development of the “Brougham” residence, a high-end complex of 34 apartments located in the historic center of Cannes.

Responsible for site organization and the management of the main construction phases: demolitions, construction of a micro-Berlin retaining wall, reinforced concrete structures, and finishing works. Responsibilities also included the selection of subcontractors, definition and control of the project budget, management of client-requested variations, and coordination of site visits through to the delivery of the apartments.
