Project management and construction supervision for the development of the “Baie Marquet” residence, a high-end complex of 23 apartments located in the bay of Cap d’Ail, near Monte-Carlo.

Responsible for coordinating the design process and preparing technical specifications and bills of quantities, in collaboration with the client, architects, and technical consultants. Site management throughout all phases of the project: site installation, demolitions, modification of the micro-Berlin retaining wall, construction of reinforced concrete structures, and finishing works. Activities included contractor selection, budget definition and control, management of client-requested variations, and overall coordination through to the delivery of the apartments.
